About Me

I am Lilla Pájer, a Hungarian illustrator, maker of picturebooks. My goal is to create worlds that seem exciting and joyful enough for you to want to dive in, and live in them for a little while. I love observing plants, animals and humans. Mothering our two children and my background in psychology give me a lot of inspiration, and painting is a way for me to process my thoughts and feelings.
